QUALITY POLICY
Building careers, preserving families and strengthening a nation are thethree mantras that we collectively live and breathe every single day. By these three mantras, we strive to create transformation for our Principals, our seafarers and our land-based team. This transformation is our policy, our purpose, and the reason that makes us different -ICP is a sea based human resource organization committed to deliver and exceed our Principal’s requirements by providing well-educated and highly trained seafarers supported by a professional and highly motivated shore-based team.
As a part of our quality policy, we commit to:
respect all our customer, statutory, regulatory, and environmental standards;
ensure that our services are operated in an orderly manner that protects and promotes seafarers’ employment rights as provided in the MLC 2006;
continually measure our compliance; and
drive continuous improvement as required by an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Finally, we believe that quality objectives will only be effective if established within key business processes and if reviewed regularly. We recognize that outputs of reviews are used as inputs to business decisions and transformation processes.
